For Singapore orders, delivery typically takes 6-9 business days after dispatch. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
We offer free delivery on all Singapore orders. International shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout.
For hygiene reasons, soft toys are not returnable once opened or used. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Each MellowMoo toy is filled with natural kapok and hand-finished individually. As a result, there may be slight differences in firmness, weight, and the appearance of the final hand-stitched seam.
These variations are normal for natural, hand-filled products and do not affect safety, durability, or performance.

Why is the back seam hand-stitched?
Why is the back seam hand-stitched?
Kapok is a natural plant fibre that cannot be machine-compressed like synthetic polyfill. Because of this, the final stuffing and closing are completed by hand.
The hand-finished seam is secure and tested for strength. Minor visual differences are expected and are not considered defects.

Polyester and microfiber are engineered to expand evenly and hold shape through machine compression.
Kapok is a natural fibre which is light, breathable, and airy. Hence it may feel slightly firmer or more organic in texture. This is intentional.
We prioritise plant-based breathability over synthetic uniformity.
